Vertical Compound Superfinishing Machine

The vertical compound superfinishing machine is a core device used in the final stage of bearing manufacturing. It uses fine-grit abrasives (such as oilstones) to perform micro-cutting and polishing on raceways and grooves of bearing rings. The main function is to reduce surface roughness, eliminate waviness, create residual compressive stress, and enhance the bearing's fatigue life and NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) performance, all while maintaining the workpiece's shape accuracy. It is widely used for ultra-precision grinding of large bearing rings, such as automotive bearing rings, wind power and rail transport large rings, and thin-walled spindle rings for machine tools.
